In the example below, the learner is playing the role of a CDD Analyst working in a bank. They are assigned the task of mentoring their new colleague Sara and opening a new account. Rather than providing information on how to do this directly in the course content, this task challenges the learner to select the answers they consider appropriate on an interactive form. The form then provides feedback on each answer, allowing learners to develop their understanding of why some answers may be right or wrong in this scenario.
